1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
In case of high order volumes or sales events, processing may take a little longer, and we will notify you of any delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (UK Only)

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming shipment along with tracking details.
The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours after dispatch.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other restricted locations.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
